It is a "network connection error" and it states "cannot load dialog". I had tried a microsoft "fix" which I found on the microsoft help site, but it was not helpful. It stated that my computer was trying to dial a number for the VPN connection. But I do not have a VPN connection and none is listed under my network connections. Please help!
